The Housing Development Team, LLC (HDT) is a Connecticut-based consulting firm dedicated to guiding affordable housing developments from concept through completion. We work with nonprofit and for-profit clients to navigate every phase of the development process, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of public funding programs, including those offered by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
